About Amanda Kelly Salon
Working as a professional stylist for over 20 years, Amanda Kelly has become recognized as one of the top stylists in the Greater Cincinnati area. In 2003, Amanda opened her first salon, Aspen Salon, named after her daughter Aspen. She then chose to work as an independent stylist and during that time, the concept of the Amanda Kelly Salon soon emerged.
Amanda's amazing work has been featured several times in many publications, most notably, The Cincinnati Enquirer. She is truly passionate about the career she has chosen. She has steadily built a reputation as a specialist in color and cutting and her impressive list of clientele is representative of that. Amanda was recently chosen as hair and makeup stylist for Sarah Palin during her book signing in November of 2009.
On a personal level, Amanda is dedicated to both of her children, Aspen and Zack. Family is No. 1 in her life and her business philosophy springs from that. When she is not at the salon, she enjoys coaching her daughter's basketball team at Miami Valley Christian Academy. Aspen follows her mom's passion for athletics and she excels at both sports and her studies at school. She is also extremely proud of her oldest son Zack, who is currently is in the military and stationed in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
Amanda enjoys making people feel beautiful both inside and out and to be able to provide for her children and achieve her dream, she feels very blessed.
In her own words, Amanda describes her new salon as: “A place that brings out the inner beauty by making a change in the mirror of oneself”.
